The Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery invites you to create your own art to take home. We will assist you, but you get to decide what sort of 3D landscape to build in your diorama box. Realistic or fantasy, imagine, create and build your own world.

Deirdre Ashenhurst
I have the opportunity to create art projects and history projects for all sorts of wonderful people who visit the museum. It is a pleasure to bring such joy to our visitors by creating projects for children, seniors and families. In addition to my work with the museum I maintain my own art practice using mixed media to create sculptures. I especially like working with ceramics, bronze and silk.
Cydnee Sparrow
Cydnee is an aspiring young artist who is continuing the pursuit of her BFA in the fall. She is a is a painter who creates works with a vibrant and rich colour palate and a wonderfully intriguing sense of creative expression. Her work carries a poignant message of environmental devotion. We are lucky to have her at the Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery.
Heather Parker
Heather is a wonderful addition to the team facilitating programs at the Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery. She is a fresh and cheerful addition to our team enriching the programs she participates in. We are lucky to have her helping out with our programs.
